Michael graduated from cosmetology school in Kelowna in 1982, and moved to Calgary in 1986.

While raising his three children, Michael studied in London, New York, Vancouver, Santa Monica, Saskatoon and Miami specializing as a master colourist in Goldwell. He has over 40 years experience in colouring and has started his new journey into haircutting now as a junior stylist. A perfectionist with a critical eye for detail, Michael never stops learning and always has his nose in new hairdressing books, magazines and social media.

In his spare time, he enjoys quiet time. He loves to take long walks in the evening and reflect on his day.
