Our Policies

Cancellation & Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a valid major credit card is required at the time of booking.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total.

If you prefer not to leave a credit card on file, a $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your visit. In the event of cancellation, rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. For Tuesday appointments, any cancellations or rescheduling must be made by Saturday prior to closing or completed online at least 24 hours in advance to avoid applicable fees. Further, repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking privileges.

Late Policy & Grace Period

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. The appointment will be cancelled, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited, or 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file.

Clients arriving within 20 minutes of their appointment time may still be accommodated; however, services may be modified to fit within the remaining time available.

Hair Adjustments “fixes”

These can be booked for no additional cost within one week of original service. All adjustments that align with the original consultation and stylist will be complementary. Alternatively, you may request an apprentice stylist perform the adjustment with supervision of senior stylist within the week.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services or products sold at the House of Toli. We can offer an exchange on any products sold defective or damaged with original receipt.

Respect & Etiquette

Aggressive or rude behavior toward any House of Toli staff member will not be tolerated.

We ask you don’t bring your children to your scheduled appointments as it is unsafe and can be disruptive to our other guests. If your child is booked for an appointment, adult/parent supervision is required through their entire service.

We ask that you please arrive at your appointment with clean hair, this is to guarantee even results in your color application. If your stylist needs to wash your hair prior to your application, you may be charged or have your appointment cancelled.

Payments

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa and Debit. Services and products must be paid for in full on the day of your appointment. We do not accept payment over the phone or e-transfer.
